About Our Prenuptial Agreement Services
Nothing can kill romance faster than the words prenuptial agreement, but with about one-in-three of all first marriages ending in divorce, and 50 percent of second or third ones hitting the skids, a prenup is smart financial planning.
A prenuptial agreement, antenuptial agreement, or premarital agreement, commonly abbreviated to prenup or prenupt, is a contract between spouses prior to marriage. This agreement establishes financial and property rights in the unfortunate event of a divorce. The content of a prenupt can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of a partnership or marriage. They may also include terms for the forfeiture of assets as a result of divorce on the grounds of adultery; further conditions of guardianship may be included as well.

Quoted by wikipedia.org;
“Both parties should have lawyers represent them to insure that the agreement is enforceable and one thing to keep in mind is that the prenuptial agreement is ONLY valid if it is completed BEFORE the wedding”.
